Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

Flat rate returns & restocking fee: USD 10.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. We hope you will enjoy your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
 
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging and parcel.
 
For refund requests, please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To initiate a return or an exchange from the US, please submit a return request below.

1. Enter your First & Last name, Email address, Order number. 

2. Select your reason for return and provide any supplemental files and/or information.

3. Await confirmation from our concierge team to provide the return label. 

4. Print the provided return label and attach it to your parcel.

5. You can schedule a pick-up or drop off your parcel at a UPS Drop Off Point in the United States. 

6. Await your booked collection or drop off your parcel.
